This is the game night for scouts. We need TWO registered leaders to run this event- meaning that 2 leaders need to attend the game and we may possible a parent to chair the event if the leaders attending can't chair.
An event chair (parent/leader) would be responsible for
- ticket sales and money coordination with Stu Gelbwasser, Treasurer
- collection of permission slips
- liason with the Red Bulls
- Ticket distribution
- creation and maintainence of roster for Pack files- coordinate with Jess Hansen, Committee Chair
- Point person on event day
