- On Derby Day: Held in the church hall. Weigh in for Sister/Seekers11:30 am. Sister/seeker race will commence immediately following weigh in. CUB SCOUT weigh in will be at 12:30 pm. Racing will start at 1:30 pm.
- Pizza will be delivered after the Cub Races start. PIES MUST BE ORDERED BY 1/7. Forms are located here on the blog.
- Shirts will be silk screened AT the weigh in. Please bring a clean shirt or sweatshirt. It is $5.00 per item. Shirts will be screened in black ink. All monies raised will be going toward the Blue and Gold Awards. No fleece, dri fit, or black shirts. Please label all shirts.
- Please bring your own beverages and snacks to the Derby.
- If you are NOT racing please let your den leaders know ASAP.
